1 - Question: How do I save this page so that I can return to it?

The best way to do this it to 'Bookmark' the page.
Depending on the Browser you are using (Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Etc.) there are different ways to go about this. Additionally, keep in mind that "Bookmark" and "Add to Favorites" is the same thing; just a way to save your favorite web pages for quicker viewing in the future.
I will cover the most prominant browsers i.e. Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.
Explorer (version 8):
Go to the page you want to "Bookmark/Add to Your Favorites." Click "Favorites" in the top menu bar then "Add to Favorites." The "Add a Favorite" dialogue box appears. The title from the web page will be in the "Name" box. Click the "Add" button and your page has been added to Your Favorites. You can access the page again by clicking "Favorites" in the top menu bar and scrolling down to the page name you want to see again.
Firefox (version 3):
Go to the page you want to "Bookmark" Click "Bookmarks" in the top menu bar then "Bookmark This Page." The "Add Bookmark" dialogue box appears. The title from the web page will be in the "Name" box. Click the "OK" button and your page has been added to Your Bookmarks. You can access the page again by clicking "Bookmarks" in the top menu bar and scrolling down to the page name you want to see again.
Safari (version 4):
Go to the page you want to "Bookmark" Click "Bookmarks" in the top menu bar then "Add Bookmark..." The "Add Bookmark" dialogue box appears. The title from the web page will be in the "Name" box. Click the "Add" button and your page has been added to Your Bookmarks. You can access the page again by clicking "Bookmarks" in the top menu bar and scrolling down to "Show All Bookmarks." A window will appear with all of your "Bookmarked" web pages...Simply select the one you would like to see again.
2 - Question: The video won't play correctly. How do I get it to work?

This answer involves restarting your browser, it's best to bookmark this page so you can easily access it in the future (refer to Question 1)
